Many companies have discovered the benefits of having sales meetings on cruise ships. After all, what could be a stronger incentive than a cruise? There are plenty of great reasons to have a sales meeting on today’s cruise ships including:
- A variety of itineraries available ranging from 3 nights to the Bahamas to 7 night cruises to the Caribbean, Alaska, Bermuda or Canada to longer cruises to more exotic destinations such as Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.
- Today’s ships include modern meeting facilities, often at little to no cost (and being on a ship, your staff is a captive office on sea days…they can’t sneak off premises!)
- Cruises are often more cost effective than land based meetings, with food and entertainment all included in the price.

In planning your meeting, keep in mind that we recommend that, if possible, you block the space about a year in advance to secure the meeting space and cabins of your choice. You should certainly book no later than 6 months prior to departure.
