Sand & C Travel® has considerable experience in planning group cruises and tours. We have worked with communities, charitable organizations, family reunions and groups of friends who just want to travel together. Our full time group department is dedicated to making sure all of the details are taken care of, including dining, payments, accounting, and documents. If your group is leaving from Palm Beach County, we can even make transportation arrangements to and from the applicable pier or airport!

For larger groups based in South Florida, we can come out and do presentations to your group to promote the trip. When guests book your trip, they can contact our office directly to work directly with a travel professional and minimize the group leader involvement! We will also meet with the travelers in your group prior to departure to hand out the documents and explain all of the details. And, if we are providing transportation for a larger group, we will be at the pick-up point on the day you depart and the day you return to make sure that all runs smoothly.

Cruises and tours are great ways to raise money for non-profit organizations. Tour conductors (complimentary passengers, net of taxes and expenses) are earned based on the number of passengers that travel. All monies earned by the group are returned directly to the group. Certain restrictions, terms and conditions do apply.
